Our hospital reinforces the concept of continuing medical education among all staffconstructs a modern,diversified and novel continuing medical education management model.Since 2020, we have systematicallystrategically cultivated over 1,000 professional personnel for the hospital, accepted more than 1,200 trainees from across the country, initiated over 200 nationalprovincial continuing education projects,organized more than 200 nationalprovincial continuing education training sessions, covering nearly 20 provincescities with over 3.2 million participants.
